Brno residents know the Klášter Department Store well. It stands in the city center on Jaselská Street and consists of a complex of early Baroque buildings. Hundreds of people pass through these premises daily: visiting shops, services and cafes. The company Urbanon had previously managed this extensive property on their own — technically, legislatively, administratively and economically everything was running well.
