We managed projects ourselves

Brno Technology Park is an extensive business park that over the past 30 years has become a European epicenter of innovation, science and research. All projects related to construction, reconstruction or space modifications were always managed internally.

However, obstacles gradually began to appear:

  • work came in waves and could not be planned ahead: there was either too much or too little
