Turnkey reconstruction including engineering, project documentation, delivery and installation of custom-made storage racks. The project was carried out in cooperation with Atelier 99 s.r.o. and our partner Renfield, who provided technical supervision.
Complete demolition of the original ground floor spaces adjacent to other Oncomed warehouses was carried out. As part of the reconstruction, new utility and technology installations, cladding, ceiling insulation and steel fiber concrete flooring were installed. The space can be divided into 4 separate fire compartments if needed, separated by fire curtains and high-speed doors.
Thanks to our work, the premises now feature HVAC with heat recovery, regulated temperature at all points of the warehouse, energy-efficient LED lighting and a heat pump for heating and cooling. The warehouses are built to low-energy standards.
