The investor brief was to design a solution for a new covered loading dock in a complex with a previously uncovered space for truck loading and unloading.
- Site survey and analysis of existing conditions directly at the investor premises
- Consideration of truck access, operational docks and scope of necessary demolition work
- Design of 2 variants for possible spatial placement in the complex and creation of 3D diagrams of both proposed variants
- Preparation of a rough cost estimate for implementation of the variants
- The output served as a basis for the investor decision on further steps and provided a clear overview of possible technical solutions and costs
