We provided complete project management for the installation of rooftop photovoltaic power plants for two industrial parks. The project was part of a broader energy efficiency initiative for the complex and included all key steps from design to permanent operation commissioning.

• Preparation of initial project specification including requirements for technical parameters and component selection.
• Organization of technology and installation supplier tender, evaluation of bids and selection of the optimal option.
• Review of subsidy opportunities and consultation on investment return optimization.
• Assessment of roof load capacity for PV installation, probing into trapezoidal sheeting, structural calculations and site surveys.
• Coordination of design and implementation with respect to existing building structure and site operations.
• Coordination of roof penetrations and resolution of inverter overheating issues.
• Obtaining building permits, connection agreement with EGD, licensing proceedings and component certification.
• Implementation of generated electricity billing system and distribution of green energy certificates.
• Analysis of supply lines in the Smart Zone Flexi and creation of a unified consumption point under EGD.
• Coordination of all steps leading to permanent system operation and administrative completion.
