We provide complete design works covering all phases from concept to implementation of construction and technological projects. Our designers prepare technical drawings, material specifications and documentation needed for building permits and implementation.
As part of design works, we analyze technical and operational requirements of the property, seeking optimal solutions for functionality, safety and operational efficiency. We take into account legislative requirements, standards and recommendations to ensure the project is feasible and sustainable in the long term.
We cooperate with architects, specialists and subcontractors to ensure each project is coordinated and precisely meets client needs. We carry out design works both for existing properties within PFM-Service – Purkyňka Office, Technology Park and SmartZone in Brno, Mikulov and Kuřim, as well as for new client commissions.
The goal is to create projects that minimize risks, optimize costs and enable smooth implementation of construction or reconstruction.
